It was important for Jenna + Adam not to see each other before the ceremony at their french park cincinnati wedding. So we waited in anticipation all morning. From the moment they first laid eyes upon each other the magic in the air was evident. We snapped a few quick photos to give them time to enjoy their cocktail hour. My favorite events are just like this, when couples focus on time together instead of trying to jam pack events into the day. I always recommend really thinking about how you envision your time during your wedding and who you want to be with.
These two know how to throw a party! Their reception got started with a dollar dance with a twist-when you go to dance with the bride or groom you have to take a shot of fireball. I suggest this to everyone! Their dance party was so amazingly fun with all friends and family enjoying. I loved watching Jenna dancing with her mom and grandma-they are all absolutely beautiful, kind and fun. This will forever go down in my wedding book as one of the best receptions.
These two are hilarious and just fun to be around. Below I highlighted a few simple photos from their day. I photograph many park weddings and so I try to come up with clean ways to make each venue new and unique. My goal is to always create images that haven’t been taken at that specific venue. Creating a sense of the weather ,light, and energy around the day is also very important to me. I love the fall colors and vibrant hues they chose. Jenna also broke away from tradition with a short haircut and statement piece. Love.
