Hyde Park Country Club Wedding
This Hyde Park Country Club wedding was a stunner with gorgeous designer details. The Bride’s fave is Tom Ford, and I was swooning over all of her accessories and short dress! I really enjoy country club weddings, because the entire day is typically all on site. You get a feel for the outdoors and have the opportunity for beautiful photos, while also having the comforts if going inside a few steps away. And, I have a special place in my heart for Hyde Park country club specifically because their food is AMAZING! Gotta love the sunset over the gold course too.
A big part of my process is including storytelling elements. I want to share details of the day that make you feel. If you weren’t able to attend you should be able to look through images and feel as if you were there. When shooting this outdoor country club wedding we rode around in gold carts to get to the ceremony location. It was so fun watching all of the little golf carts rolling over the hills as the sun set. The ceremony space overlooked the back of the club and it was just gorgeous!
During the ceremony I like to look throughout the crowd to watch expressions and capture reactions to the moment. Often times some of my favorite images happen this way. The best photos aren’t planned! I’m always looking for beautiful light, emotion, and of course beauty. After 12 years of modeling and being in front of the camera and a lifetime obsession with magazines and models I always want my brides to look their best. I’m know for being outspoken and letting you know if something looks off. Why waste time? Nobody wants an unflattering photo and it helps build trust and confidence.
