I was so excited to book a Terrace Park wedding this year, because it was literally a golf carts ride away from our house. Yes, in Terrace Park you can drive your golf cart around on the street. Anyway, Kiki + Phil were both extremely sweet and polite from the moment I met them. You can typically assume a couple will be pretty laid back if they choose a backyard wedding, which is another reason I love to photograph them. When a bride feels comfortable enough to kick her shoes off and just have fun it’s awesome! Being invited into someone’s home and personal space is always something that I take seriously. I completely understand that you are choosing me to become involved in intimate moments of your day and I truly do appreciate that trust. So follow along with me during this simply beautiful fall Terrace Park wedding. I chose just a selection of highlights from the day to give you a sneak peek into my style. I always include lots of storytelling images of the venue, along with its of family, intimate moments, laughter, and feels. I want you to look at my images and feel as if you’ve been transported to that place. I hope you can feel how fun this wedding was! Kiki + Phil are surrounded by so much love and support. It was an honor to document it for them.

If you’re thinking about planning a backyard wedding, here’s another example from Alison + Michael’s wedding I photographed last year.
